Talented belly dancers from the Bay Area will team up to create an oriental fantasy of music and dance in a performance benefiting Syrian refugees. First Tech Federal Credit Union will give back to the community by collecting non-perishable food items, which can be dropped off at its Mountain View office. This year's Art in Action benefit cocktail party will include a silent auction of original artwork and art-themed experiences and the presentation of the Art Visionary Award to Vernon Davis, an artist, professional athlete and philanthropist. The inaugural Palo Alto Swing Dance will allow adults ages 21 and older to dance to live music by the Gunn High School jazz bands. There will also be swing dance lessons, light food and drinks.
