Correction Correction (February 06, 2004)

The Voice mistakenly reported in its Jan. 30 issue that the Environmental Planning Commission voted to create a Neighborhood Design District. The EPC actually voted to create a framework for the possible creation of this kind of district. The article also reported that the EPC discussed possible incentives for homeowners to opt into these districts. In fact, the EPC only discussed incentives for homes that had been designated as heritage structures. The Voice regrets the errors.
