Sexual Battery -- Stevens Creek Trail, 3/29

At 7:45 p.m. two women were walking southbound on Stevens Creek Trail. As they passed underneath the Dana Street overpass, an unknown man approached them from behind. He grabbed one of the women and began groping her. The other female screamed and charged the attacker, causing the suspect to stop his attack and flee.

Police are searching for a white male adult in his 30s, 5'6" to 5'8" tall, 165 pounds, clean shaven and clean cut, with light brown or red hair and an athletic build, wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt and black or dark-colored fitted running pants.

Grand Theft -- Mountain View High School, 4/2

Two 15-year-old boys who attend Mountain View High School are accused of conspiring to enter one of the classrooms at school and take a teacher's purse. The purse was later found in a toilet in the boys' bathroom. The suspects were identified by school staff and arrested for burglary, conspiracy and grand theft. One was released to his parents, and the other was sent to Juvenile Hall.
