Sexual Battery -- 2534 Old Middlefield Way, 9/08

At approximately 1:31 a.m., a man went to Fred's Place for a drink and was confronted by an unknown man. The second man groped the lower portion of the first man's body. The victim pushed the suspect and fled. He requested no prosecution.

The suspect is described as 60 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and about 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon -- 615 W. El Camino Real, 9/10

Police responded to a report at 2:57 p.m. of a parking lot fight that involved a knife and two teenagers. An argument broke out between a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male. The older boy hit the younger boy with his forehead causing injury to the victim's nose. He then swung a bike lock at the victim and took out a pocket knife exposing the blade.

The suspect fled but was later located, positively identified and booked at juvenile hall for assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a weapon.
