11/23 -- Peeping tom, 2000 block Latham St.

Police received a report at 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 23 of a man peeping through the windows of an apartment complex on the 2000 block of Latham St. Police came to the scene but could not find the suspect.

Forty-five minutes later, police receive another call from the same apartment complex, reporting a suspicious person. When police arrived, the victim identified Armando Frias, 32, as the man peeping through her window. The victim said she didn't want to press charges.

But police ran a check on Frias and noticed he was wanted for a narcotics violation by the Los Angeles police. A felony warrant was out for his arrest.

Mountain View police arrested Frias.
