Man robbed at knifepoint on El Camino

Police are looking for a man who attacked another man on El Camino Real on Wednesday night and then stole his iPod and cell phone at knifepoint.

The victim told police that a man wearing all black and carrying a black backpack approached him for bus money on the 500 block of W. El Camino Real at around 11 p.m. Wednesday, March 19. The man pushed the victim into the bushes and punched him, then took his iPod and phone before fleeing on foot, according to police spokesperson Liz Wylie. The victim had minor injuries to his face but did not require medical treatment, Wylie said.

Police describe the man as Latino, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds, with black hair and a black goatee.

I always have steel toed boots (and shoes!) and pepper spray. I'd like to meet this mugger sometime.

Doesn't the phone company know where the iPhone is at all times?

Add a small ziplocked baggie of Drano to the fake wallet, packed to look like cocaine or meth.
