Police say an attempt by two men to steal electronics from a Mountain View business went nowhere fast after officers caught them trying to climb out of a broken window with the goods.
Police received a call on Thursday, April 2 from an alarm company that a glass window had been broken at 305 W. Evelyn Ave. When they arrived on the scene, police found a look-out man waiting as another suspect climbed out of the broken window with electronics, according to police spokesperson Liz Wylie said.
Police arrested the two suspects, ages 33 and 34, both on charges on burglary and conspiracy. One of the men also was held for violating conditions of his parole, Wylie said.
