VIDEO: Voices Around Town | Amnesty for Immigrants

What do you think of the president's executive order concerning illegal immigrants?

What do you think of President Obama's executive order allowing illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children to remain in the country?

Each week the Voice heads to downtown Mountain View to ask people on the street a question about a current event. This week, we asked people what they thought about President Barack Obama deciding to allow illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children to stay in the country and work without being deported. Watch the video to see what people had to say.

Since we insist that these students attend school, either public or private I don't see anything wrong with allowing them to attend higher education schools.
I believe the reaction against them is because of the method Obama used to allow them, bypassing the Congress by using an executive order. It was not for the students it was political stunt for Obama.

Not one commented on the "pass" being for two years. And not being renewable once you pass age 30. I blame the media for not highlighting these half-a-loaf aspects of this amnesty.

Vastly more people are impacted by the imprisonment of non-violent drug offenders, and the only beneficiaries are the private owners of the prisons. How about a full amnesty for them?
