Missing Mountain View man found

A missing 89-year-old Mountain View man was found early this morning,Sept. 13, after his family reported him missing Tuesday night when he had not returned from a morning walk, Mountain View police said.

Jose Rosas was found just before 3 a.m. this morning walking in Mountain View. Police said he was in good condition and was returned to his family.

Rosas had gone for a walk at 7 a.m. Tuesday and never returned.

Family members last saw him at his home in the 600 block of Victor Way in Mountain View before reporting him missing at 6:23 p.m., according to police.

Rosas has multiple medical conditions that require regular medication, which he did not have with him. His medical conditions cause him to become confused.

I'm not sure I understand why they didn't report him missing for 12 hours? Understandable if he was 60, but 89 and on medication??

He needs to a gps tracker on him.
