Found: elderly man who went missing from hospital

Authorities confirmed that the man who wandered away from El Camino Hospital yesterday was found.

David Wales "was confused and disoriented" when he walked away from the hospital Dec. 10, according to a Mountain View Police Department release.

It is unclear at this time if Wales was found by people searching for him or if he turned up on his own at a familiar location. The MVPD had asked for the public's help in locating the man.
