Voices Around Town

Have you been thinking about your city's upcoming local elections?

Asked in Downtown Mountain View. Pictures and interviews by Nick Veronin.

"I'll be voting in the local elections. I know more about them than I do about some of the state elections."

Eric Flint, Mountain View

"Generally, I do pay attention. But I just started grad school and I haven't been paying attention this year. I can't even think of a single candidate."

Daniel Vucurevich, Mountain View

"I'm currently investigating the candidates and measures. I know what I'm voting on for some, but not all."

Kathy Hall, Mountain View

"I have a plan. It would be great if more people attended the League of Women Voters' candidate forums. It's better to meet the candidates than just read what the newspaper says about them."

Victoria Hobel Schultz, Mountain View

"I probably won't vote this November. I don't really think about it too much."

Chris Revell, San Diego
