Fury fuels Ideafarm's campaigns

Man of many messages seeks utopia, end to system he says failed him

by Nick Veronin

Wo'O Ideafarm, 55, has been fixture on the streets of Mountain View for years. He is embraced by some and derided by others for the messages he displays on the sides of his large white bicycle trailer. The trailer, in addition to serving as a nighttime shelter, is used as a medium for his brand of "spontaneous direct civic speech."

While his intentions are free speech and to change the world in specific way to his liking, he does so in a completely negative and self-destructive way. This is a man seeking revenge for a failed marriage and a disillusioned childhood. Not to mention his obsession with "queers." Sparing the Freud jokes here, I'll just skip to the point. He only wants to be heard.

Well I hear ya buddy, am I am sick and tired of listening.

Yes, let's just blame his & society's problems on women who are not feminine enough, on hispanic "colonists", and on gays ("queers"). Brilliant, Mr. Ideafarm.

So you failed at your marriage & your job. Happens all the time to good people. Why not try starting your life allover again through hard work & reason, instead of whining about it to the rest of us.

I didn't see these posts until just now. For some reason, there are two forums for the Ideafarm article. I am still conversing with people on the other forum. (It contains about 120 posts.) If you still want to get a response to the above points, please repost them in the other forum.
