Voices Around Town

Asked in downtown Mountain View. Photos and interviews by Anna Li.

Does Mountain View need a history museum?

"I think it would be nice. Anything I know about the history of Mountain View I got from the Rengstorff House. So I would certainly go."

Sarah Campbell, Mountain View

"If the budget could support it and if there is enough history to justify a museum, it could be very interesting. It could be a part of the library; that is a possibility."

Michael Cabot, Palo Alto

"Los Altos has one. It would be a nice addition to our city."

Eloise Dettner, Mountain View

"It would be great to have a history museum. Growing up here, I've moved away and come back. It would be interesting to see how it has changed."

Christopher Davis, Mountain View

"It would be nice to have a history museum to see how this area developed because there were a lot of changes."

Regina Sakols, Mountain View
