Voices Around Town

What is your favorite Halloween costume?

Asked in downtown Mountain View. Photos and interviews by Ashley Finden.

"My favorite Halloween costume would be Dorothy, because I'm from Kansas and it's just the right thing to do."

Kim Krebs, Mountain View

"The best Halloween costume I ever saw, my favorite, was somebody dressed up as Maverick from Top Gun. And they built a cardboard plane around their body. It was pretty awesome."

Jordan Huizing, Mountain View

"My favorite costume would be Ghostbusters, because I was a big fan of the movie growing up and they just look really cool with the backpack and the whole one-piece suit."

Catherine Lemus, Mountain View

"I remember one year when I was like five, I dressed up as a Dalmatian and it was, like, really fun and another year I dressed up as a cat, and that was really cool as well."

Connie Reyes, Mountain View

"I saw a lady dressed up in leotards and stockings and she had the balloons placed as a bunch of grapes — and I thought that was pretty cute."

Jacqueline Loose, Mountain House
