Worker center gets reprieve

The Day Worker Center has been given an extra month in its current spot, giving its board members valuable time to continue their search for new digs in town.

They got an extension, yay! So why then are there so many workers hanging around El Camino and San Antonio every morning?

they are there because in a free country people may exchange goods and services for payment.
