Bike Shop Closing

Does anyone know why BIKE SPRING on Castro Street closed all of sudden last September?

After the closing a sign on the window described in detail a conflict the shop owner had with Specialized bicycles (he mostly dealt with Specialized for his inventory I think) that forced him to close the shop.
