Residents get discount on meds

Mountain View residents will now receive a discount on pharmaceutical drugs whether or not they have health insurance, thanks to a new city-sponsored program.

Is this for all residents or just for Seniors?

"whether or not they have health insurance" is actually incorrect. The discount only applies to drugs not covered by insurance.
