Another place to buy groceries, something different from the combination of Safeway, Trader Joe's, Milk Pail and Whole Foods? And the carneceria on California Avenue? That group constitutes a large range of options, thorough enough to easily discredit the developer's assertion. What else might the developer be misrepresenting? Does this developer lack an understanding of the site? Or is it simply stupidity?
