P.A.L. is an overall great organization. I remember being a part of PAL Boxing in the early 70's at a time where we had a super trainer and former champion. It was great to have a place to go after school instead of hanging out in the park, or somewhere else I wasn't invited. Donations to this organization are def. worthwhile.
