Sticky budget scenario for MV Whisman

With little hope for more support from Sacramento, state educators at all levels of instruction are again planning for a school year under severe budget constraints.

(sigh) OK, I really don't want to be "that guy", you know the loudmouthed drum beater raging on and on about illegal immigration, but
it really makes me wonder: what percentage of our public school kids come from parents that are illegal immigrants?
