Armed robbers take jewelry from shop

Two men robbed a Mountain View jewelry store at gunpoint in the morning, Feb. 28, police said.

How many 211s next door to elementary schools. in Oakland? Probably less than Mountain View

Armed Robbery, strong armed robberies,and murder all this year all within 100 yards of Castro Elementary.

Meanwhile, MVPD busy staking out intersections...more revenue in California stops than armed robberies.

We can't expect Mountain View Police or the City Council to be trifling with crime.

City hall needs to fight the horrors of drive thru restaurants and MVPD is busy keeping the parking lot across the street from the Castro Street Starbucks safe from anyone else parking there.

I agree with The Nose. All we need now is for the The Ears and The Throat to chime in on this one, and then we'll have a referendum on this matter.

"The robbers were described as Hispanic men. One was in his early 20s; the other (with the gun) was about 30. They were wearing all dark clothing."

That could be anyone walking down Rengstorff or California street.
