Apparent attempted abduction in Los Altos Hills

A woman walking her dog in along Hilltop Drive in Los Altos Hills told police she was nearly abducted today, March 29.

I'm glad she got away... But, if this happens to anyone else, please take a picture with your cellphone especially of the license plate.

Everyone I know has a camera phone these days.

A police bulletin earlier said the truck was new and only had paper plates.

what kind of dog was she walking with? why didn't she command her dog to chase the truck? Dogs love chasing automobiles. don't they?
