Where are these thieves coming from, what is the profile that fits a thieve?

We haven't had to worry about these things before. What has changed other then there are 11+ million illegals here.

@Why is this: You're joking, right? Blame the rich, not the poor or illegals. The rich with all their greed, perks and loopholes are driving the middle class and below to the brink in this town and across the country!!

Doesn't matter. The police aren't allowed to profile. It's insensitive and politically incorrect....
