Former educator, AIDS activist honored

The Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District's board of trustees recently voted to name the school's gymnasium after former LASD principal, basketball coach and athletic director, Dushan "Dude" Angius.

Thank you for changing your heading from "memorialized" to "honored". We are all glad to know this is not an obituary, especially Dude Angius.

And you are about 30 years off on the location of the Old Mountain View High School. It was actually located on Castro Street between Church Street and High School Way when Mr. Angius worked there in the 1950's.
