"Police found a man lying on the ground with head injuries in the parking lot of 2211 Latham St. on Thursday, May 15, at around 6:20 p.m."

Hmm, does anyone notice why all these crimes happen around Latham st? Is there any common denominator people can find as to why this street and it's neighborhood have all these crimes?

Yes, economic factors in the less affluent areas in town drive crime up. Why should Mtn View be any different from any other area?

Ok, so if that is the case, then if rents in those areas is increased, then the problem will move to another location. Sounds good.

The poor in rural America are far poorer than the urban and suburban poor, yet the crime rate is low there. Why is that?

Because there's nothing to steal in rural America!
