Conviction reinstated in 1976 murder case

The California Supreme Court on Thursday reinstated the first-degree murder conviction of a Sunnyvale man in the strangling and rape of a Mountain View woman 33 years ago.

I remember Betty from St James. She was a lot of fun to be with. She was missed by her friends. I am sure that they feel that Gary got what he deserved by taking away a friend. Thank you, police, for not giving up.
