Caltrain hits car in Sunnyvale, halting service

A Caltrain struck a Volkswagen Jetta in Sunnyvale this morning as the driver tried to push the disabled car across the train tracks, a Caltrain spokeswoman said.

surprising that he had the wisdom to get out of the way of the train considering he was trying to push his car home ... I guess next time he will spring for the tow. Wonder what kind of ticket and property damages hes on for now?
