Possible burglary averted on Latham Street

An out-of-towner helped prevent a possible residential burglary on the 2000 block of Latham Street last Saturday afternoon, police said.

I'm not surprised. I lived on Latham Street and it was SCARY. Soo many sex offenders and illegals. No girl should walk alone on Latham St.
