A nice expression of one's own culture blended with best of new environs. while one is proud of goods of inheritence, the good of so called foreign must be adapted to as such a blend leads to hybridisation and makes you a better human being, a better professional and above all a crusader of one world one citizenship.

I salut Chitra for an impressive article that not only talks about an individual but of a whole lot of community identifying itself with new world and new culture.

Excellent article. Maintaining one's identity while opening up the mind is essential to American culture, especially to Silicon Valley culture, where diversifications are very much embraced and promoted.
