The City of Palo Alto should attend this. Oh, wait it's too late. They've already balanced the budget on the backs of the employees...

Service cuts...hmmm, Palo Altans would not have it! Instead, they took food from the employees mouths.

Mountain View--do not follow Palo Alto's lead. They are already losing many, many dedicated, long time employees. It will take years to fix.

Guess what. MV is also losing a lot of employees - to retirement. 2.75% at 55 is a no brainer.

BTW, Since the majority of spending is on employees, doesn't it make sense that some cuts are going to affect them?
