Nov 1 VeriSign announced its 3Q07 financials and report. This updates some of the info in the HeyTech article for Nov 2nd.

VeriSign issued 217,000 new certificates for secure websites in the third quarter, 2007, bringing the total to 912,000.

The company now manages 77 million domain names and handles 32 billion DNS domain name service lookups per day.
