This week Mountain View cross country runners will participate in a Q&A with two elite runners, Ryan and Sara Hall, to be aired Friday on AM 1590 KLIV.

The athlete mash-up will air between two running-related events: the Turkey Trot, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's annual 5k race, and the California state high school cross country championships, which take place this weekend in Fresno.

The Halls, who are both pro runners and recent Stanford grads, will talk about staying competitive in the sport, and give the teens advice before they head off to compete on Saturday.

Tune into the taped show on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. or 10 p.m. A pod cast will be made available after the show.
