Cops: Teen embezzler, gun-toting felon arrested

Mountain View police say an 18-year-old female from Concord tried to cash a forged check at a downtown bank last week but was caught in the act by officers, who also arrested her friend waiting outside — a 21-year-old felon from Concord in possession of a semiautomatic handgun.
