Having successfully raised two boys, I decided it would be a fun experience to help other kids by becoming a mentor. I've now been a mentor with PNG for several years and it has been - and still is - a incredibly valuable and worthwhile experience. Mentoring is a two way street. Those of us who are older (and hopefully wiser) can be a sounding board for a kid who is wrestling with growing up. On the other hand, we often gain new perspectives and insights from the same kid we are "helping".

If you think you may be interested in mentoring (or tutoring) a student, you can contact PNG via Linda Waud at 650-691-2434 or via email: Linda.Waud@mvla.net
