Perhaps Anna Eshoo & Zoe Lofgren are slackin' on the representing part of the job while spending most of their time with an eye for fundraising? I appreciate Evan Bayh's comment today expressing his opinion that all incumbants should be voted out of office. Would these two rep's ever declare they are not running for another term (unless it was to run for higher office)?
