Tearful good-bye for Huff principal

The Huff Elementary School community gathered Thursday evening to give an emotional send-off to Principal Craig Goldman, who is leaving to become CFO of the school district.

So, where's the pictures "Huff Love" and "Craig Goldman".

My daughter, "Sofia Loren Barron," (first grader) made part of the arial picture "Huff Love". Also, Huff elementary is #1 in California

thanks to Craig Goldman. A great story deserves illustrations.

The pictures were printed in last weeks paper. We may not run photos online with every story, though you can download a PDF of the whole paper, photos and all..

Also, we'll be running more photos online as time goes on. I still need to arrange a way for our photo desk to provide the photos in Web-friendly format (boring administrative stuff).

Wow. 400+ kids were able to keep that a secret. Amazing! I once threw a surprise party for my wife and almost told her about 20x...

Whoever came up with that idea deserves big kudos.
