See this piece of video Web Link which shows the area where this horrific accident occurred. I think at 01:52 (travelling north to south), and 02:52? (travelling south to north) in the video is the location.

As a resident of Mountain View, I want to offer my deepest sympathy to the family, friends, classmates, neighbors and colleagues of the Dias-Howard family. I feel especially for the young friends of the two girls who must be feeling so much sadness. I am sure there are some who are away from the area and will return to this sad news at the start of school. So tragic.
