PA attorney Baker completely over-reacted. The 8-year-old was not alone, there were four children together, and the oldest was 13. A 13-year-old is more than competent to watch after 3 other kids for a few minutes while their tennis instructor moves equipment and kids around. It is Geminder's fault for making them move in the first place, and the PA police's fault for booking him. Such a big deal over nothing. Total waste of taxpayer money.

What a joke. Complete double standard and racism on the part of the police. So I guess this means the police can start cracking down on all the illegals using false social security numbers and names as well? And then start imposing fines on people who hire illegals as well.[Portion removed. Stick to the subject.]

As for the rest of you tax-paying legal citizens of Mountain View, you can keep paying fees to the City for everything under the sun and depend on the Police to pull you over and fine you heavily for barely rolling through a stop sign.

This is odd. He grabs half the class and runs and leaves the other kids alone without notifying parents? Who cares about the stupid permit problem, this is very irresponsible behavior by a coach/teacher/babysitter whatever you want to call him. I would not want anyone taking care of my children to exercise such poor judgement.
