El Camino to hold community forums

El Camino Hospital will hold two community forums next week -- one at each of its campuses -- that aim to familiarize the public with the health care organization's plans to expand its board of directors and committees.

Why are they holding a meeting to discuss how taxpayer money is spent at a location in Los Gatos that is outside the district where those taxpayers live? Oh right: They bought a hospital that primarily serves people outside the district.

Will board members actually speak this time and respond to questions or will it be the hospital PR team? This board has a lot of explaining to do.
