How about police officers share a car? How about they ride a bike? How about they walk their beat?

All the city work trucks I see driving around with one person in them.

Walking Castro Street near El Camino seeing, breathing so much smoke from Rose Market's barbeque every day of the week from 10:30am-8:00pm is terrible. Why are they allowed to do this every day, let alone on Spare-the-Air days?
