Start by firing the managers that bought the Los Gatos Community Hospital which has nothing to do with the tax district, then sell the Los Gatos Community Hospital.

Rodger, I’ll let you in on a little secret. 80% of the doctors that practice out of El Camino Hospital (ECH) are associated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) which is affiliated with Sutter. Sutter runs a chain of hospitals but has none in this area. The real reason ECH bought Las Gatos was to keep Sutter out, otherwise the PAMF doctors might refer there and not ECH, so in some ways Los Gatos acquisition did strengthen ECH.

How about the guy that did all those lawsuits, didn't he live in Los Gatos. Beside it seems everyone wants first rate care, first rate hospital, want we first rate schools but are we will to pay are taxes for this
