Hotels, office dominate center plan

Back in the days when Sears was a high-traffic store that could draw customers from miles around to San Antonio Shopping Center, customers came for one thing: to go shopping.

Why can't we have some offices, a hotel and retail, i have seen this kinda of set up almost everywhere I have been.

I can't see getting another Sears or J.C. Penneys, do't see Macys even a Bloomingdales. Office workers shop, hotel visitors eat and shop.
