Public schools throughout California, shouldn't be expecting a great year when it comes to federal and state funding, but local elementary and middle schools are prepared to absorb most, if not all, of the potential mid-year cutbacks, according to the head of the Mountain View Whisman School District.

Sorry for the missing words or spelling. It is hard to think and use a smart phone with tiny keys on what they seem to call a keyboard. I meant to say why "we need hire and elect good people that can do the job".

Why not just make your comment on the article and move on? Some people just don't trust the government and with plenty of good reasons and examples to point to. Why attack another poster? That seems more ridiculous. About as ridiculous of the time I'm wasting to write this.

Your question, or rather insinuation, has no basis in fact, regarding any of the specifics listed in the article. It's no different than a lawyer trying to raise reason doubt to a jury, as a way to guide opinion, rather than find the truth.
In addition, the link you posted shows that there are many school districts (not just a few, as you put it) that have not submitted data yet.
