Cyndee is an exceptional teacher. She is passionate, innovative, and extremely professional. She has been deserving of this honor for years and I'm happy that she FINALLY earned it this year.

The MVWSD selection has everything to do with plugging the district's EDI initiative and nothing to do with selecting a teacher that stands out head and shoulders above the rest. The District Office should be ashamed of itself for stooping this low. If you are going to have a selection process, then have one that is honest, fair, based on a set criteria and above all transparent!
