Jim Neal was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1964 and has a rich multiethnic heritage of Black, White and Cherokee. Shortly after his birth, his parents returned to Cincinnati, Ohio where he lived for the next 20 years.

If elected, will you ban Mafia Wars from city hall? And can we ban all cowboy hats within city limits?

No, I'll just ban the constitution, the American Flag, and Black people so you will feel right at home! By the way, this is more hyperbole Daniel. I know you have trouble recognizing it.
