Hospital district candidates finalized

The filing period has ended for people to declare candidacy in local elections. Three newcomers and two incumbents are running for three seats on the board of directors of the El Camino Hospital District.

" Both incumbents said that their experience on the board makes them the best choices for this election" Uhhh really? Running out the talent which cost the hospital loads of cash and floundering through your tenure there means your best fit for the job? Lets bring in some new blood!
