You neglect to mention that he was also busted recently for driving with a bogus license.

This guy has zero credibility.

He should be sent back and re-enter legally.

Damn, that is the same night as the Future of Bank Robbing talk.

With the cops cracking down, it is hard for me to earn a living. It's like they think that rules apply to me.

really pathetic and arrogant. I am not sure which group or individual is doing this? We as a society has reached new lows in ethics and common sense. I won't be surprised if in the near future a serial killer is invited to speak about life or a drug cartel kingping is invited to talk about a drug free society. these Liberals really really suck.

For those who are impressed by Jose Antonio Vargas Pulitzer Prize, read the citation more carefully.

"For a distinguished example of local reporting of breaking news, presented in print or online or both, Ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

Awarded to The Washington Post Staff for its exceptional, multi-faceted coverage of the deadly shooting rampage at Virginia Tech, telling the developing story in print and online."

The Washington Post describes the winning team as:

Eleven bylined reporters and 50 other journalists, more than half on The Post’s Metro staff, and staff members of the paper’s Web site contributed to the coverage of the mass slayings at Virginia Tech that won the Pulitzer for breaking news.

Jose Antonio Vargas was one of the 11 bylined reporters. He had a sole byline on one article and a co-byline with Michael E. Ruane on another article. Both of his articles are available via the Pulitzer link above. Since Jose Antonio Vargas would have been about 26 years old at the time these articles were written, he most likely was not a leading force on the Washington Post Staff that won this Pulitzer Prize

Note to readers: stories told by an illegal alien always need to be verified.
