Castro School--gang graffiti, sex assaults, robberies... When will MVPD care?

The metal picnic tables at Castro school have gang graffiti on them--as they have for months. As does a utility box directly across the street--for months... less than half a block away is strongarm robbery central--day or night.

Meanwhile...we get endless stories from MVPD about writing traffic tickets.
