John Inks in line for mayor

If all goes according to tradition, council member John Inks will be appointed mayor of Mountain View on Jan. 8, and Chris Clark will not only be sworn in as a council member, but also as vice mayor.

I’d like to offer a correction - Chris Clark has never served as Chair or Vice Chair of the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC). Chris served on the EPC from mid-2010 through 2012, 2.5 years. In 2010 John McAlister was Chair and Kathy Trontell was Vice Chair. In 2011 Kathy Trontell was Chair and Todd Fernandez was Vice Chair. In 2012 Todd Fernandez was Chair and Lisa Matichak was Vice Chair.
