Fire at former A&W controlled within 20 minutes

Firefighters remained at the scene of a one-alarm fire this evening that burned a Filipino restaurant in Mountain View that used to be an A&W Restaurant.

Sorry to hear this. They're a nice family and it's a good place to go for pancit, adobo, etc.

A struggling restaurant goes up in smoke. What kind of insurance did they have? Smells kind of fishy if you ask me...

Any idea what they are going to do with the building? I hope they demolish it and build something better. It's such an eyesore right now with the temporary fencing and scorched structure.
